Hopes and Dreams:
1. We hope to come up with 3 new ideas, that we can implement, by June 2010.
2. We hope to use technology in new ways this year and go beyond what we already know.
3. We will get through the storming by December and start seeing that we can make a change in our school.
4. We will avoid "New Initiative Overload" by being "on board" with our own ideas.

Expectations:
1. We can have the option to work at home.
2. We will be understanding when the technology is challenging for members of our team.
3. The more time and energy we invest, the more comfortable we will become.
4. Teammates will guide and support each other.
5. Teammates will give each other feedback throughout the project process.
6. Communicating.
7. We will be empathetic about technology resources.
8. We will have positive meetings.
